Jenine co-founded Geomatria with a clear purpose: to bring operational intelligence, integrity, and long-term thinking into hospitality recruitment and consulting.
With a foundation in Hospitality Management from the International Hotel School (IHT), Janine has built a 16-year career across the hospitality ecosystem, working within international cruise operations, premium wine estates, destination-led hospitality brands, and top-tier venues. Her experience spans frontline operations, executive support, and senior leadership roles, including General Manager of destination brands, giving her a rare, end-to-end understanding of how hospitality businesses function, scale, and succeed.
This operational depth is complemented by five years of specialist recruitment experience, where Janine has worked closely with owners, executives, and leadership teams to secure talent that performs under real-world pressures. She understands that recruitment in hospitality is not theoretical, it is deeply human, operational, and high-risk when done poorly.
Janine’s approach is defined by precision, discretion, and cultural alignment.
