Natale is a founding partner of the business and brings over 30 years of hands-on hospitality experience across the full operational and commercial lifecycle of the industry. Her career began at the highest operational level, serving as an Executive Chef for exclusive destinations, where precision, leadership, and consistency were non-negotiable standards.

Building on this foundation, Natale transitioned into hospitality consulting, working with local and international brands and advising an international client base. Her consulting work has spanned concept development, brand alignment, and operational optimisation, with a particular focus on building teams that perform under pressure and scale sustainably.

Having been personally involved in every aspect of hospitality operations, she brings an operator’s lens to recruitment and consulting.
